Bathmate Xtreme Hydromax 7 - hydro pump set (clear)

The Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 is Bathmate’s premium range - the classic Hydromax 7 pump, upgraded with a detachable hand pump, hard case storage and a full accessory kit for maximum control and comfort.

Why is the Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 hydropump set a good choice?

The HydroXtreme 7 is Bathmate’s premium model for an erect penis length between 12.5-17.5 cm, up to a maximum diameter of 5.3 cm - it delivers the same water-based pressure and 35% stronger suction than the Hydromax 7, but also includes a detachable hand pump (handball with bulb + red hose). The big advantage is that you don’t have to squeeze the body of the pump to create a vacuum - you place the cylinder over the penis and comfortably operate the pressure using the hand pump held in your hand. This means much more precise pressure control, less effort and more comfortable positions. The set includes everything: the hard case storage box allows discreet and safe storage, while the cleaning sponge, the 10 ml lubricant sample and the towel cover the entire use cycle. It’s recommended for anyone looking for the most comfortable and best-equipped size 7 model in the Bathmate range - suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Instructions for use

The Bathmate water-based (hydro) penis pump can be used in the bath or in the shower. For safe use and the best results, it’s worth following the manufacturer’s official 7-step routine.

How to use your Bathmate correctly, step by step:

• 1. Warm-up: use it in the bath or shower and gently massage the area so the skin relaxes.
• 2. Filling the pump: close the valve, remove the comfort insert (optional), fill with warm (not hot!) water, then replace the insert.
• 3. Positioning: place the flaccid penis into the pump, making sure the testicles stay outside the seal. Press the pump firmly against the body for a good seal, tilt it slightly upwards and open the valve (the hand pump bulb can be connected optionally).
• 4. Creating the vacuum: pull the pump towards your body to create a vacuum, then pump up to your comfortably maximum pressure (you can increase the suction further by squeezing the hand pump bulb).
• 5. Holding time: keep it on for up to 3 minutes, adding a little pressure if needed. Then release the vacuum by pressing down the transparent valve cap and remove the pump.
• 6. Massage: using an “OK” grip, gently slide your hand from the base of the penis to the glans for about 2 minutes to relax it.
• 7. Repeat: repeat steps 2-6 up to two more times. The whole routine should not last longer than 15-20 minutes. Weekly usage: maximum 5 days (e.g. 2 days use, rest day, 3 days, rest day).

Common mistakes to avoid:

• Rushing: always warm up for a few minutes before each session.
• Over-pumping: higher pressure does not mean better results - always stay at a comfortable level to avoid injury.
• Overdoing it: stick to the recommended 15-20 minutes; using it for too long can cause temporary swelling or reduced sensitivity.

Good to know: the pump also works without water, with air (e.g. in the shower or bathroom), but warm water helps the tissues to relax and improves the seal. It’s safe for beginners too - start with low pressure and short sessions.

What to watch out for when using the Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 hydropump set

• Go gradually - start with lower pressure and increase the vacuum gradually for comfortable and safe use.
• Only use water-based lubricant if needed - oil- and silicone-based lubricants can damage the pump material. The included lubricant sample is also water-based.
• Avoid over-pumping - a continuous session longer than 15 minutes can cause swelling or damage to blood vessel walls.
• Always use it with shaved or closely trimmed pubic hair so the comfort ring can seal airtight to the body.
• Before and after use, wash the pump with the cleaning sponge using lukewarm water and mild soap, and dry thoroughly.
• Store in the hard case in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
• If you feel any pain, numbness or discolouration, stop using it.
