Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 - hydropump set (clear)

The Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 is the largest model in Bathmate’s premium range - designed for larger users (17.5-23 cm erect penis length), with a detachable hand pump, safety lock, carry case and full premium accessory kit.

Why the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 hydropump set is a good choice

The HydroXtreme 9 is Bathmate’s largest and most premium size 9 model, specifically for larger users - for an erect penis length of 17.5-23 cm, up to a maximum diameter of 6 cm. It’s an ideal choice for advanced users who have outgrown the Hydromax 9, or who already fall into this size category and want the most comfortable, precisely controllable device. A major advantage of this range is the detachable hand pump (“handball”): instead of squeezing the main pump body, you use the ball-style hand pump in your hand to adjust the vacuum strength gradually and precisely. This gives much more controlled use - experienced users can bring it up to maximum pressure, while beginners can start gently and build up slowly. Based on the “Just Add Water” principle, you only need to fill it with warm water, and the natural force of the water creates an even, tissue-friendly pressure. The set includes everything you need for a professional routine: practical carry case, safety lock, shower strap for hands-free use, comfort pad, measuring gauge, cleaning sponge and lubricant.

Instructions for use

The Bathmate water-based (hydro) penis pump can be used in the bath or in the shower. It is worth following the manufacturer’s official 7-step routine for safe use and good results.

Correct use of the Bathmate, step by step:

• 1. Warm-up: use it in the bath or shower and gently massage the area so that the skin relaxes.
• 2. Filling the pump: close the valve, remove the comfort insert (optional), fill with warm (not hot!) water, then put the insert back.
• 3. Positioning: place the flaccid penis into the pump so that the testicles remain outside the seal. Press the pump firmly against the body for a good seal, tilt it slightly upwards and open the valve (the handball can be connected optionally).
• 4. Creating the vacuum: pull the pump towards your body to create a vacuum, then pump up to a comfortably maximum pressure (by squeezing the handball you can further increase the suction effect).
• 5. Waiting for the effect: keep it on for up to 3 minutes, adding a little pressure if needed. Then release the vacuum by pressing down the clear valve cap and remove the pump.
• 6. Massage: using an “OK” grip, gently slide your hand from the base of the penis towards the glans for about 2 minutes to relax it.
• 7. Repetition: repeat steps 2-6 up to a further two times. The entire routine should not last longer than 15-20 minutes; weekly use should not exceed 5 days (e.g. 2 days use, rest day, 3 days, rest day).

Common mistakes to avoid:

• Rushing: always warm up for a few minutes before training.
• Over-pumping: higher pressure does not mean better results - always stay at a comfortable level to avoid injury.
• Overdoing it: keep to the recommended 15-20 minutes; using it for too long can cause temporary swelling or reduced sensitivity.

Good to know: the pump also works without water, with air (e.g. in the shower or bathroom), but warm water helps relax the tissues and improves the seal. It is safe for beginners too - start with low pressure and short sessions.

What to watch out for when using the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 hydropump set

• Gradual build-up - start with lower pressure and increase the vacuum gradually for comfortable, safe use. Because of the handball, gradual build-up is especially important.
• 5‑minute cycles - do not keep it under continuous pressure for more than 5 minutes; rest in between.
• Use water-based lubricant only - oil- and silicone-based lubricants can damage the material of the pump. The included lubricant is also water-based.
• Size matching - this model is designed for larger sizes; if your erect penis length is under 17.5 cm, choose the HydroXtreme 7 for a better fit.
• Always use it with shaved or closely trimmed pubic hair so the comfort insert can form an airtight seal against the body.
• Before and after use, wash the pump with the cleaning sponge and dry it thoroughly.
• Store it in the carry case with the safety lock closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• If you feel any pain, numbness or discolouration, stop using it.
