How Are Points Earned and Redeemed?

Loyalty points are earned exclusively on purchases made at lovesexshop.ie and can only be redeemed online. Points are credited once an order has been fulfilled and received.

What Are the Restrictions?

• Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points cannot be transferred to another account.
• No points are awarded for cancelled, unpaid, or uncollected orders.
• Delivery costs do not count towards point earnings.
• Loyalty points are not awarded when other discounts are applied.
• Points are valid for 180 days from the date they are credited.
• Points can only be redeemed on orders with a minimum value of €24.
