Svakom Erica - Wearable app-controlled clitoral vibrator (pink)

Why is the Svakom Erica wearable vibrator so good?

Erica was designed for women who need simultaneous vaginal and clitoral stimulation for complete satisfaction. Its curved, flexible shaft gently nestles against the G-spot, while the ridged outer arm teases the clitoris - and the dual motors vibrate the inner and outer zones separately. The slim neck and flexible design make for comfortable, hands-free wear, so you can even slip it into your knickers and wear it while dressed. Its velvety, skin-friendly coating is pleasant even for sensitive skin, and the Svakom App gives endless variations in rhythm and tempo. An ideal choice for solo play and couples alike, whenever you’d like discreet thrills to follow you anywhere.

Why customers love the Svakom Erica

• Double pleasure: two separate motors stimulate the vagina and clitoris at the same time - perfect for dual orgasms.
• Hands-free and discreet: the wearable shape stays in place, so you can enjoy it under your clothes at the cinema, while shopping or during dinner.
• Silky-soft feel: the velvety silicone coating is gentle on the skin, suitable even for those who are sensitive.
• Targeted stimulation: the curved tip targets the G-spot, while the ridged arm stimulates the clitoris.
• 11 vibration modes, 5 intensities: from gentle pulsing to 100% power, everyone can find their own rhythm.
• App control: music, drawing and motion modes, custom patterns, plus partner play controlled remotely.
• 100% waterproof (IPX7): can be used in the bath or shower and is easy to clean afterwards.

Instructions for use

SVAKOM Bluetooth products can be controlled with two free apps (iPhone and Android): the SVAKOM App and the KooSync App. Pairing is simple with both, and for most functions you don’t need to register.

Step-by-step Bluetooth pairing (SVAKOM App):

• Download the SVAKOM App free from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
• Fully charge the product before first use - a weak battery is the most common cause of connection problems.
• Switch on Bluetooth on your phone.
• Open the SVAKOM App and allow the requested permissions (Bluetooth and location access, if prompted).
• Turn on the product and keep it close to your phone - the app will automatically find and connect to it.
• You don’t need an account for solo use. For Remote Control and Group Mode you must log in, for secure sharing.
• Once connected, choose from the modes: Preset (pre-set patterns), Music, Sound, Touch and Custom (bespoke pattern), as well as partner-controlled remote play.

Bluetooth pairing with the KooSync App:

• Download the KooSync App to your phone or tablet; for a larger screen you can also use the KooSync Chrome extension on PC.
• Switch on Bluetooth, open the KooSync app, allow the requested permissions, then turn on the product - it will connect automatically in a few seconds.
• KooSync provides real-time, lag-free synchronisation and also offers video sync: it matches the product frame-perfectly with interactive video content.
• It supports long-distance connections with up to 100 users, and can control or synchronise two products at the same time.

If the product won’t connect (in either app):

• Check that the product is charged and compatible with the app.
• Make sure Bluetooth is switched on and you’ve granted the app the necessary permissions.
• Close and reopen the app, and toggle Bluetooth off and on again in your phone settings.
• Disconnect any other devices that might be connected to the product, and don’t select Guest access before pairing.
• If it still doesn’t work, restart your phone or reinstall the app.

Good to know: the connection may drop when you accept an incoming call - you can reconnect after the call. Most devices switch off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. Group Mode and video sync work best with a stable internet connection.

Charging / connection

Charging with the included magnetic USB cable is extremely simple: the charging port consists of the two small metal contact points at the very base of the toy; this is where the cable snaps on magnetically. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours and provides roughly 1 hour of use.

Things to bear in mind when using the Svakom Erica

• The two motors can only be controlled together, not separately - it’s worth bearing this in mind if you’d prefer different intensities for the two zones.
• Only use water-based lubricant - silicone-based lubes can damage the surface.
• Before and after every use, clean with mild, soapy, lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
• When storing, make sure the product does not come into contact with other toys.
• Tip: for even better hygiene, a disinfecting cleaning spray (item no. 8718627520062) can be ordered separately.
