Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro - App-controlled masturbator for men (black and white)

The Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro smart masturbator is an intelligent premium men’s sex toy that offers suction and vibration stimulation, with a warming function and interactive app control for an intense, customisable experience.

Why is the Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro smart masturbator good for you?

The Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro smart masturbator is an upgraded version of the popular Sam Neo 2, arriving with an even stronger suction function and a separate battery-powered warming rod. The device provides extremely intense stimulation by combining vacuum-like suction with powerful vibration. The soft, textured inner sleeve offers a realistic feel, while the Extended O’ function helps prolong your orgasm. Thanks to smartphone control, you can also control it remotely.

KooSync is SVAKOM’s official interactive app, replacing the FeelConnect app. The new app takes your experience to a new level with real-time video synchronisation, remote control and enhanced data security.

Key features:

• Real-time video synchronisation - the device automatically follows the rhythm and intensity of the interactive video

Instructions for use

You can control SVAKOM Bluetooth products with two free apps (iPhone and Android): the SVAKOM App and the KooSync App. Pairing is simple with both, and you don’t need to register for most features.

Bluetooth pairing step by step (SVAKOM App):

• Download the SVAKOM App free of charge from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
• Fully charge the product before using it for the first time - a low battery is the most common cause of connection problems.
• Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
• Open the SVAKOM App and allow the requested permissions (Bluetooth and location access, if requested).
• Turn on the product and keep it close to your phone - the app will find and connect to it automatically.
• You don’t need an account for solo use. You need to sign in to use Remote Control and Group Mode, for secure sharing.
• Once connected, choose from the modes: Preset (pre-set patterns), Music, Sound, Touch and Custom (custom pattern), as well as remote control by your partner.

Bluetooth pairing with the KooSync App:

• Download the KooSync App to your phone or tablet; the KooSync Chrome extension is also available for PC if you want a larger screen.
• Turn on Bluetooth, open the KooSync app, allow the permissions, then turn on the product - it will connect automatically within a few seconds.
• KooSync provides real-time synchronisation without delay and also offers video synchronisation: it synchronises the product with interactive video content down to the exact frame.
• It supports remote connections with up to 100 users, as well as controlling or synchronising two products at once.

If the product won’t connect (with either app):

• Check that the product is charged and compatible with the app.
• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and you’ve granted the app permissions.
• Close and reopen the app, then turn Bluetooth off and on in your phone settings.
• Close any other devices that may be connected to the product and don’t choose Guest access before connecting.
• If it still doesn’t work, restart your phone or reinstall the app.

Good to know: the connection may be interrupted when you answer an incoming phone call - you can reconnect after the call. Most devices switch off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. Group Mode and video synchronisation work best with a stable internet connection.

Charging connection

• You can charge the device with a USB-C charging cable.
• You’ll find the charging port at the bottom of the device.

Keep these points in mind when using the Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro smart masturbator:

• Use the product only with water-based lubricant.
• Clean and disinfect it thoroughly before and after use.
• The outer casing of the device is not waterproof, so make sure the electrical parts don’t get wet when cleaning it.
• Clean the inner sleeve separately with lukewarm water.
• When storing the product, make sure it doesn’t come into contact with other silicone products.
